EKOS Electric Supports Latvia's Energy Transition! (November 23, 2024)

Latvenergo, Latvia’s energy supplier, has signed a contract with EKOS Electric, accelerating Latvia’s green transformation process and taking another step towards achieving the EU’s ‘Carbon Neutrality’ target by 2050.
EKOS Electric will build prefabricated medium voltage substations in Latvia, forming the main distribution center of the solar power plant. The medium voltage switching devices and digital protection relays in the substations, which are specially designed to withstand the harsh atmospheric conditions of the northern countries, will also carry the EKOS Electric brand.

We are also happy and proud to increase the number of countries we export to 36 with these shipments to Latvia.
