Gas Insulated Modular Switchgears (Secondary)
Overview
These modular gas insulated switchgears are designed for the secondary side of the MV distribution network up to the consumer transformers and manufactured for maximum rated voltage of 38.5 kV, switching current of 630 A, main bus rated current of 1250 A and short time fault current of 21 kA.
Main Features
- All switching elements are located in a tank made of chromium nickel (Cr-Ni) alloy stainless sheet filled with SF6 gas and main busbar connections are provided with solid insulated technology.
- It has a wide range of applications such as power generation plants, substations, wind and solar power plants, hotels, shopping malls, factories, business centers, hospitals, airports, organized industrial zones.
- Designed for systems up to 36 kV.
- The cell has been subjected to the necessary tests for operator and operational safety and has successfully passed the tests. The de-energized parts are isolated with IP 67 class protection against accidental touching. Dimensions have been reduced by using SF6 gas. SF6 gas in the tank is used for insulation and arc extinguishing. Metal Enclosed SF6 Gas Insulated Modular Switchgears are manufactured ready for SCADA applications with GE (General Electric) protection and control relays.
- Since all energized areas are isolated from the air with IP 67 insulation level, they are not affected by external factors such as dusting and humidity and do not require maintenance and cleaning with these features.
- Switchgears are manufactured in accordance with national and international standards (IEC 60298, IEC 62271-200, BS EN 60298, TS EN 60298) with various modular types and easily configurable structure to respond easily to customer requests. Protection can be provided by fuse-load disconnector combination or relay-vacuum breaker combination.
- It is possible to produce in desired configurations in parallel with customer requests.
- The cell can be easily replaced with any functional unit. Designed in 5 different types. The stainless steel tank, which is completely isolated from atmospheric effects, provides a high level of operator safety as well as a maintenance-free system. It can be produced in different types and combinations according to switching possibilities.
- Due to its expandable structure, it can be combined with Metal Enclosed SF6 Gas Insulated Compact Switchgears. Thanks to the flexibility of the main busbar connections, it is not damaged by factors that adversely affect the rigid connections between the cells such as earthquakes, landslides, ground settlement and ensures operational continuity.
